Veterinary Medicine & Translational Genomics
The same platform, the same manufacturing, and the same standard of evidence — applied to animals. Mexico City, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.
Veterinary medicine gets advanced therapeutics late and diluted, usually as a simplified version of a human product arriving years after the human approval. Triple Helix Veterinary is built the other way round: the vectors, constructs, and manufacturing are the same ones used in the human programmes, adapted to species rather than scaled down for them, and developed alongside the human work rather than after it.
There is a scientific reason this direction of travel makes sense, and it is worth stating on the page because it is the strongest argument available. Dogs and horses develop spontaneous disease that resembles human disease far more closely than any induced laboratory model — outbred populations, shared environments, real comorbidity, and lifespans compressed enough that outcomes are observable in years. Veterinary work is not a lesser version of human medicine here. It is where several of these questions are answerable first.

Equine & Large Animal Medicine
3 ProgramsEquine Medicine

Scope of Care
- Equine internal medicine diagnosis and management
- Respiratory, metabolic, and gastrointestinal disease
- Advanced diagnostic imaging and laboratory support

Equine Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine
Tendon, ligament, and joint injury — and why they end careers.
Lameness diagnosis, orthopaedic assessment, and treatment of tendon, ligament, and joint injury in performance and pleasure horses.
Scope of Care
- Lameness and gait analysis; diagnostic imaging of tendon and joint
- Intra-lesional regenerative therapy
- Osteoarthritis assessment and management
- Rehabilitation planning and return-to-work assessment
- Confirm before publication
- [CONFIRM — the single most important decision on the veterinary side. Internal equine planning documents have included performance enhancement as a use case. That must not appear anywhere in public copy. Gene doping is expressly prohibited under FEI and international racing authority rules; possession or administration carries disqualification, bans, and in several jurisdictions criminal exposure, and any association with it would end institutional and regulatory conversations in the Gulf immediately. Position this division as therapeutic and rehabilitative only, and state the anti-doping position explicitly on the page — a visible refusal is worth more here than silence, because owners and regulators are both looking for it.]
Camel & Working Animal Medicine
A species with real veterinary need and almost no dedicated advanced medicine.
Clinical care for racing and breeding camels, working dogs, and other animals with an occupational role, concentrated in the Gulf operations.
Scope of Care
- Camel internal and musculoskeletal medicine
- Working and service dog occupational health
- Species-adapted diagnostic and treatment protocols
- Breeding and reproductive assessment
Genetic & Advanced Therapeutics
3 ProgramsVeterinary Medical Genetics
Breed-associated disease is the most predictable illness in medicine.
Genetic testing, breed-associated disease risk assessment, and breeding advice for owners and breeders.
Scope of Care
- Breed-associated disease panels and variant interpretation
- Pre-clinical risk identification and monitoring plans
- Breeding advice and pedigree assessment
- Genotype-based protocol eligibility
Veterinary Gene Therapy
Adapted from the human platform, and investigational in every species.
Gene-directed treatment for inherited and acquired disease in companion and large animals, using the same vector platforms, constructs, and manufacturing as the human programmes.
Scope of Care
- Inherited disease correction where the variant is identified
- Acquired and degenerative disease protocols
- Vector selection matched to required duration of effect
- Owner consent, documentation, and long-term follow-up
Regenerative & Cell Therapy
A product that is characterised before it is given.
Cell and secretome-based treatment for orthopaedic, renal, and inflammatory disease, delivered locally or systemically according to indication.
Scope of Care
- Intra-articular and intra-lesional cell therapy for orthopaedic disease
- Renal and organ-directed protocols
- Secretome and exosome preparations
- Product characterisation and release testing
Longevity & Preventive Medicine
2 ProgramsCanine Longevity Programme
Healthspan in a species where the decline is compressed and observable.
A structured programme for healthy adult and senior dogs combining measured baseline assessment, preventive screening, and investigational gene-directed intervention targeting the pathways associated with functional decline.
Scope of Care
- Baseline functional, cognitive, and body composition assessment
- Preventive screening and organ function monitoring
- Investigational gene-directed protocols under owner consent
- Structured long-term follow-up and outcome recording
- Confirm before publication
- [CONFIRM: the canine longevity constructs in internal documents are described as design specifications rather than validated sequences. Public copy should describe this programme as in development until constructs are validated and the delivery and dosing work is complete. An owner who is told a programme exists and finds it is a design document is the kind of disappointment that produces a complaint to a veterinary board.]
Preventive & Diagnostic Screening
Finding disease in animals that hide it.
Structured screening for owners who want disease identified before it is clinically apparent: imaging, laboratory panels, cardiac assessment, and cancer screening appropriate to breed and age.
Scope of Care
- Age- and breed-appropriate screening protocols
- Imaging and laboratory surveillance
- Cardiac and cancer screening where indicated by breed risk
- Monitoring plans for identified genetic risk
Standing Commitments & Veterinary Ethics
Conventional care first, written owner consent, and zero athletic performance enhancement.
Three commitments govern the whole veterinary section and appear across our clinics: 1. Conventional veterinary care is offered as conventional care, to a referral standard, and is the right answer for most animals seen here. 2. Investigational treatment is identified as investigational, given under written owner consent, with documented follow-up — and animals are declined when screening says so. 3. No therapy is offered for competitive performance enhancement in any species, at any time. That position is stated rather than implied.
