Department Family: Sensory, Reproductive & Genetic Medicine
Diagnostic genomic evaluation, variant interpretation, and family assessment.
This division establishes whether a condition has a genetic basis that a gene-directed approach could address — which determines candidacy for most of the platform before any other assessment is relevant. It also handles the results that change nothing therapeutically but matter a great deal to a family, and the counselling that belongs with them.

Referring clinicians and patients can submit clinical records, diagnostic imaging, and pathology for multidisciplinary evaluation by Medical Genetics faculty.
