The division's position on menopausal and andropausal management is that hormone replacement addresses part of the problem well and leaves other components of the transition untreated — not because they are unimportant, but because they are not the part a prescription obviously fits. Assessment here covers the full transition rather than the hormone panel alone, and treatment is constructed accordingly.
